Service Animals

Shore Grill and Grotto provides a warm welcome to customers with disabilities, including the allowance of their service animals in public areas.

Support Persons

We allow anyone with a disability to bring a support person onto our premises without any extra charges. This will ensure they have the assistance they need while on our premises.

Training

The Shore is committed to providing comprehensive training services to all of our personnel who are involved in the development of guest experience-related policies, plans, practices and procedures. Every staff member in our restaurant will receive training, regardless of their role. All new hires and partners must attend this training session as part of their initial onboarding with the company, and whenever modifications are made to the plan.

It is important to be respectful when interacting with people who have disabilities and are using an assistive device, service animal, or support person. It is crucial to remember that all individuals should be treated with courtesy and respect.

Employees have familiarize themselves with the equipment available on-site to help people with disabilities. Proper utilization of these tools can make a huge difference in helping individuals with disabilities access the restaurant.
