Policies and Additional Details

General guidelines

The Wave Room is a smoke-free facility
Rental time period must be adhered to. Additional charges for late check outs will be applied
(our day-time corporate rate is for an 8-hour period)
Policies and pricing are subject to change without notice
Free parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis. There is ample city parking available.
The Wave Room is not responsible for any personal property left unattended
Access via 2nd floor walk up
Room rental may vary according to function type
Applicable taxes (HST) applies to venue rental 

Cancellation
Penalties apply for any cancellation made:

Deposits / Minimum Guarantees
An agreed-to unprocessed, non-refundable deposit applies on confirmation of the booking. 
Credit card information is held and only processed if the client cancels.

A final attendance guarantee must be adhered to.
Any additional guests will be subject to an extra charge.
Guest attendance must not exceed maximum room capacity.

ACCESS
Access to the rented space is available only during the rental period.
Early access subject to availability and must be pre-arranged by appointment.

DECORATIONS/EQUIPMENT
The Wave Room does not allow the use of adhesives or any other material that may damage the décor.
Nothing may be hung or removed from the windows, walls, or ceiling without prior approval.
The cost to repair any damage to the facility will be billed to the renter.

Any decorations or equipment brought in by the renter must be removed immediately after the event
unless prior arrangements have been made.

CATERING SERVICES
The Wave Room will cater exclusively by Shore Grill and Grotto including food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and must remain within the confines of the unit. No other food and beverages are permitted inside the facility.

SECURITY
The Wave Room reserves the right to authorize security services at any event at our discretion.
Client will be advised at time of booking for any applicable surcharges.
